WHY - Not good fruits and vegetables ??

So you have an extra 100 or so lbs. of energy stored on the body in the form of fat.   When the system needs energy, the liver will convert the fat into blood sugar during a weight loss phase.  The muscles use this energy.  And of course, you are remembering to  ExerciseOf the three parts of a diet, Fats, Carbohydrates and Protein.  You don't need Fat ( Don't you have enough of that already? ), You don't need Carbohydrates (The liver will provide from the fat stores), the only thing you need is the amino acids to restore and keep in place the muscle mass that you possess.
